Practicing the Rhythm of a Rooted Life

$0.00

In this introductory course, you’ll explore the principle of abiding and practice stillness. As you open space for a rhythm of rest, you’ll grow in your experience of God’s love.

Overview

What’s the price of your pace? And how can doing absolutely nothing increase both your peace and performance? In this introductory course, you’ll explore the principle of abiding and practice stillness. As you open space for a rhythm of rest, you’ll grow in your experience of God’s love.

In this course you’ll

  • Connect with your identity as beloved.

  • Identify factors that drive your pace.

  • Understand the importance of abiding, rest, and stillness as spiritual practices.

  • Practice stillness.

Course Structure

This on-demand, three-session course is a combination of pre-recorded talks and spiritual practices.

  • This video-based course consists of two 10-minute talks and a 12-minute spiritual practice. Talks, handouts, and practices can be viewed on demand and as downloads.
